Thank you for your interest in publishing with us at the Centre for Strategic Studies – Trincomalee (CSST). We seek research and analysis on geopolitical issues regarding Sri Lanka and the Indo-Pacific.
Contributors are encouraged to write 800- to 1,200-word opinion pieces that are expected to be based on facts with solid arguments on important geopolitical developments in the Indian Ocean Region. The submissions should be approximately 2500 to 4000 words if it is a research article. (Not including referencing)
CSST aims to advance dialogue on important geopolitical developments in the Indian Ocean region. Consequently, CSST encourages independent writers on geopolitics based on the Indo-Pacific, particularly about China’s political and military expansion in the Indian Ocean Region.

All submissions should be sent electronically as attached Word documents. Submissions should be offered exclusively to CSST. Authors are encouraged to use Chicago-style referencing.
